31/5/23 ***NO REPRO FEE*** Louise Hendrick with her son Sebastian (3) from South Inner city Dublin, at the Green Cities Europe Parklet as part of the 2023 Bord Bia Bloom festival, Phoenix Park. The Green Cities campaign encourages Irish local authorities, planners, builders and architects to embed green spaces in all projects new and pre-existing using Irish grown plants. The designed parklet was recreated as a standard residential street, using repurposed materials which will all be recycled after the festival in Dublin City Council’s greening strategy.
