🚨 This week: In conversation with Dermot Foley – horticulturalist, landscape architect, director of DFLA and lecturer with University College Dublin, on best practice green interventions for our towns and cities

This Thursday, 26th October, Green Cities Europe – Ireland will be hosting our Autumn seminar, aimed at Irish growers, landscape architects and designers, planners, County Councils, Planners, Architects and Engineers.

Urbanisation and climate change call for new solutions to maintain and improve the quality of life in our cities.  Public green space has a positive effect on biodiversity, climate, wellness and air quality. This impact ensures that cities are becoming better places to live and work.

📩 If you are interested in attending, please email us today: moregreencities@dhr.ie.

🌱 Green Cities Europe aims to combat the consequences of climate change and improve living and working conditions by encouraging the inclusion of green spaces in new building projects, and by adding them to existing projects. The Green Cities Europe campaign is being run by Bord Bia – The Irish Food Board in Ireland on behalf of the Irish Hardy Nurserystock Association (IHNSA). This campaign is supported by funding from the European Union 🇪🇺
