We are delighted to introduce you to some of the Growers participating in the Green Cities Europe Campaign in Ireland!
Meet Trevor Landers! 👋
Trevor is Director and Sales Manager at Annaveigh Plants in New Inn, Cashel, Co. Tipperary. Annaveigh Plants was founded in 2005 by John and Grainne Murphy. The nursery spans 100 acres and grows ornamental trees in a wide range of varieties from Acer to Zelcova, as well as shrubs, and hedging. 🌳
Some of the sustainability initiatives Annaveigh have undertaken are converting machines from diesel to electric, where possible. The nursery is installing rain water collection from the roofs of their buildings and are reducing the use of pesticides by utilising mechanical cultivation.
Annaveigh supplies garden centres, local authorities, landscape contractors, garden designers and landscape architects.
